Disliked the uncomfortable beds and the need for room touch-ups. the lack of a working TV was not a big issue for us, but it might bother some guests.

We stayed at Long Hostel in Ho Chi Minh City and had a fantastic experience. the staff was incredibly friendly and helpful throughout our stay. They even upgraded us to a private room upon arrival. the location of the hostel was perfect for exploring the city, and the rooms were comfortable and well-equipped. the breakfast was delicious, and we loved that we could have as much as we wanted.

We had a great time and would definitely recommend Long Hostel to others.

The family-run hostel had a great location near the walking street and other tourist spots. The breakfast was delicious and they had a water dispenser for refilling bottles. The rooms were clean and comfortable. The owners went above and beyond to assist with any questions or needs.

The hostel had a great location, right in the heart of the city. It was really convenient to explore and there were plenty of food options nearby. The rooms were surprisingly spacious and comfortable, with a bathroom inside. And the best part was the helpful owner, who went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable. She even waived the extra charges for a missing person, which was a pleasant surprise.

There were some downsides to our stay. The communication with the staff was poor, as they seemed unaware of our prior emails.

Breakfast made to go for early departure, knowledgeable and friendly staff, quiet location close to bus station and popular district, clean rooms with good amenities, great Vietnamese coffee and tasty breakfast options. 🍳
